TRAINEE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – BROUGHTON ASTLEY, LEICESTERSHIRE
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Trainee Administration Assistant – Broughton Astley, Leicestershire to join our well-established client based in Broughton Astley, Leicestershire.

No previous office experience is required as full training will be provided from day one. This role would suit candidates with an interest in Administration, Office Administration, Logistics Administration, Transport Administration, Import Administration, Shipping Administration, Freight Administration or Office Support.
Shifts
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 16:00
Rates of Pay
- Starting salary from £18,000 per annum (age dependent)

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Trainee Administration Assistant, your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Import Department
- Assisting with the coordination of import shipments
- Preparing and processing import documentation
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport providersSupporting traffic and logistics operations
- Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures
- General office administration duties
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational requirements

- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
