The Institute for Outdoor Learning is seeking a Student Mentor in Outdoor Activities to work at Fort Widley with occasional travel to Gosport. This full-time role involves mentoring young people in developing life skills, leading outdoor sessions, and ensuring their wellbeing during activities.
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, experience in youth work, and an Outdoor Leadership qualification. Your role will include building positive relationships and implementing behavior plans to support young people’s needs.
