Youth Mentor | Path to Level 3 Apprenticeship

Dudley Council is seeking two inspiring Youth Mentors to support young people across the West Midlands. The role focuses on building trusting relationships and providing guidance to help young people navigate life’s challenges.

Candidates are encouraged to have listening skills, a belief in the potential of young individuals, and an interest in youth work. This role offers an apprenticeship opportunity in youth work, working either in-office or onsite full time.
