Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the organisation and management team.
  • Manage and amend the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, while ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements, prepare meeting materials, and assist with minute-taking when required.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and document filing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly organised and updated.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate arrangements and logistics for meetings or events, where applicable.
  • Support the planning and execution of organisational events and activities.
  • Perform procurement and inventory management for office supplies.
  • Carry out other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO or management.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior administrative or office support experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
