Recruitment Administrator
Nos Da Healthcare are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our small close knit team based in Bargoed.
The Recruitment Administrator will support a busy Payroll and Recruitment team.
Main responsibilities
- liaising with third party suppliers.
- posting job adverts and arranging interviews.
- Handle candidates professionally on the phone taking enquiries and booking and coordinating interviews.
- Compliance, Including chasing references, undertaking DBS’s and booking staff onto training.
- Prioritise their workload and continually update progress to branch manager.
- Post adverts and download CVs and applications
- Help prepare interview packs
- Book interview rooms
- Identify process improvements in our recruitment admin process
- Organising files and folders of recruitment to ensure GDPR compliance
