What you will do
- Caseload Management: Manage a varied caseload involving children and families requiring safeguarding intervention.
- Assessment: Undertake statutory assessments including Child and Family Assessments and risk evaluations.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review child protection and care plans.
- Safeguarding: Investigate concerns around abuse, neglect, exploitation, and domestic issues.
- Multi-Agency Working: Work with schools, health services, police, and partner agencies to safeguard children.
- Monitoring Progress: Review outcomes and contribute to long‑term planning including permanence.
- Professional Practice: Participate in supervision and ongoing CPD to maintain best practice.
