Key Responsibilities
- Registering new candidates and conducting initial screening calls
- Posting and managing job advertisements across various platforms
- Confirming interviews with candidates and clients
- Submitting suitable candidates to live vacancies
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and database updates
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
- Building positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous recruitment, customer service, sales, or administration experience is desirable but not essential
