We are looking for a confident and organised Recruitment Desk Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering new candidates and conducting initial screening calls
  • Posting and managing job advertisements across various platforms
  • Confirming interviews with candidates and clients
  • Submitting suitable candidates to live vacancies
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and database updates
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
  • Building positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous recruitment, customer service, sales, or administration experience is desirable but not essential
