Emergency Call Handler Trainee — Full Training & Cert

Thames Valley Police is seeking a dedicated Police Call Handler to be the first point of contact for our communities in need of assistance. You will handle a variety of calls, from non-urgent enquiries to high-stress emergencies.

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided, leading to a nationally recognized Level 3 Certificate in Emergency Service Contact Handling. The role requires excellent communication, resilience, and attention to detail.
