IT Support Technician — 1st/2nd Line, On-site

Dunbia Group is looking for a dedicated IT Technician to support our IT Team at the Cross Hands site, managing IT operations effectively. The role involves providing first and second level support for standard IT software and hardware, and quickly resolving any issues while ensuring end-user satisfaction.

The successful candidate should have at least one year’s experience in a technical support environment, as well as solid diagnostic and analytical skills. A proactive approach and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
