ICT Technician — 1st/2nd Line Support for 1400 Users

Belfairs Academy is seeking an ICT Technician to join its dynamic Academy environment. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for approximately 1400 users and over 1200 devices. Candidates must have a good knowledge of Microsoft products, Apple Mac OS, and strong problem-solving skills.

The Technician will be responsible for maintaining equipment, logging service requests, and contributing to the busy ICT Support team. Full-time position with a salary range of £24,796 – £25,185 per year.
