Policy & Communications Assistant, Reform Group (Fixed Term)

South Tyneside Council is looking for a Political Assistant to support the Reform Group within the Council’s Policy, Engagement and Insight Team. You will conduct research, provide policy analysis, and ensure effective administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in a political environment, and a detailed understanding of local government issues. This position is based in South Shields with a fixed term contract until May 2028.
