Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to fee earners within the Litigation department
- Audio typing and transcription of correspondence, letters, and legal documents
- Drafting and formatting court documentation accurately and to deadline
- Proof-reading documents to ensure accuracy and a consistently high standard of presentation
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls on behalf of fee earners, relaying information accurately and promptly
- Handling correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail
- Providing cross-cover secretarial support to the Family and Dispute Resolution teams as required
- Maintaining well‑organised case files and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the department
Proven experience within a secretarial environment, preferably Litigation
