Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Paralegal to join an elite US law firms Asset Management team on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract with scope for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring, tracking, collating and coordinating KYC documentation.
• Company searches, reviewing search results and preparing corporate formalities documents.
• Preparing and coordinating the collection of signature pages.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous funds experience within a City law firm.
