Responsibilities
Main duties:
- Provide excellent B2B customer service and administrative support
The role:
- Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring a quick turnaround time for order status updates
- Provide technical product advice and recommendations to clients based on their requirements
- Keep record of stock availability and lead times to advise customers accordingly
- Maintain accurate client details in the system and update when needed
- Process purchase orders, invoices and other documentation in the system
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest areas for improvements where necessary
Candidate’s Profile
- Fluent in German to business standard (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous customer service and administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment – Essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate
- IT literate with knowledge of ERP systems
