Council Customer Experience Advisor (Contact Center)

Bury Council is looking for individuals to join their Customer Contact Team in Bury, England. You should have experience in a busy customer contact environment and excellent customer care skills. The role involves dealing with inquiries through various channels, ensuring queries are resolved at the first point of contact.
