Part-Time Customer Assurance & Reporting Specialist

Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Customer Assurance Agent to join their team at the Redditch site. This part-time position requires exceptional customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Excel. The role involves managing communications between Helpdesk and Planning teams, as well as generating management information reports.

The selected candidate will receive a salary of up to £29,256 per annum (pro rata) and benefits including bonuses and training sponsorship.
