At Nescot, we are seeking enthusiastic and committed part time and full time Learning Support Assistants to join Nescot based in Epsom, Surrey. This role is for a September 2026 start.

What we are looking for:

• Good organisational and team working skills
• Confidence using IT for administrative tasks
• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grade C or above
• Understanding of and empathy with students who have learning difficulties, are disaffected or have behavioural problems
• You’ll be able to work in a variety of vocational contexts

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help students develop their skills and grow into their independence
• Provide personal care for students who may have physical or medical disabilities
• Support students in class and act as an advocate for their needs
