Job Summary
Learning Support Assistant (LSA). Support students with special educational needs (SEN) across the provision. Work 1:1 or in small groups under guidance of class tutors.
Term time only role; part‑time positions available. Working hours are variable and will be discussed during the interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group support to students with SEN.
- Assist class tutors in delivering lesson content and monitoring progress.
- Utilise college resources to facilitate learning and development.
