We’re looking for an experienced Freight Coordinator with strong Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Customs knowledge to manage international shipments from booking through to final delivery.

The Role

• Manage worldwide Air & Sea Freight shipments end-to-end
• Complete customs entries and ensure compliance
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, customers, and overseas agents
• Negotiate rates and support customer quotations
• Process shipments, maintain documentation, and invoice completed jobs

About You

• Experience in Road Freight, Air Freight and Sea Freight operations
• Background working for a UK freight forwarder
• Customs entries experience
• Strong organisational and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
