British Sign Language Support Worker Roles – Deaf Services £30,908 pa

We are seeking compassionate British Sign Language Support Workers to assist individuals with diverse abilities in their own homes.

• Build strong relationships and support individuals in their daily activities, including personal care, household tasks, and night support.
• Use BSL (Level 2 preferred) to communicate effectively with Deaf or hard-of-hearing clients.
• Follow care plans, document progress, and report concerns.
• Qualifications include proficiency in BSL, empathy, strong communication skills, and a minimum of Level 1 BSL.
