Home-Based Stroke Support Coordinator (Part-Time)

The Stroke Association is seeking a Support Coordinator to work with stroke survivors in North Lincolnshire on a part-time basis (21 hours per week). This role involves extensive travel across the region for home visits and community engagement activities.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organisational skills, experience in providing person-centred support, and the ability to work collaboratively with professionals. Salary is circa £17,000 per annum.
