Job Description: The Support Worker will empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs to live more independently and confidently. They will provide person‑centred support in daily living activities, encourage independence, promote wellbeing, and assist with appointments, hobbies, and community outings. They will maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans.

Shift Patterns
This is a full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) with shifts available between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Typical shifts include 8 am–4 pm, 10 am–6 pm, 2 pm–10 pm, 3 pm–10 pm, 4 pm–10 pm, and 8 am–8 pm. Flexibility is key, as we tailor support to meet the individual needs of the people we care for.
