You will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador who confidently recommends and sells our newest food products, ensuring customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
- Maintain a fast, focused, and customer‑first approach in a high‑pressure store environment, serving, selling, and filling products to drive sales growth.
- Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high‑energy team environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working across various areas of the store and adapting to changing demands—no two shifts are the same.
