Support Worker – Housing First & Independence (24/7)

Southern Housing is seeking a Support Worker to join the Single Homeless Pathways team. In this full-time role, you will provide support services to vulnerable residents across locations in Newport, including promoting social skills and independence.

The position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to train towards NVQ qualifications. The service operates 24/7, and a full UK driver’s license is necessary.
