Welcome to London’s biggest independent pub company! Urban Pubs & Bars was founded in 2014 and has since expanded to an estate of over 67 pubs, bars and restaurants across London.

Urban is recruiting for a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager with personality & charisma to join our expanding group. The London Fields, located on Mare Street, is a classic East-End pub with a stylish cocktail bar and restaurant spread over three floors, offering a lively main bar, grand banquet hall and elegant cocktail lounge with a private roof terrace.

The Role

  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
  • Display strong commercial understanding and business savvy.
  • Lead and develop your team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunities for growth: candidates with supervisory experience are encouraged to apply and will receive training and career progression.
