Learning Support Coach — Small-Group Interventions

Randstad Education in Lichfield is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to help students overcome learning barriers. This role involves delivering targeted academic support in Literacy and Numeracy while promoting student independence through tailored techniques.

The ideal candidate will have strong GCSEs, experience in educational settings, and a proactive approach to identifying and supporting struggling students. This is a full-time, long-term position with a salary between £90 – £95 per day, paid weekly.
