Grounds Maintenance Operative

KPI Recruiting are currently looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operatives / Drivers to join our team.

Requirements

• Experience driving vehicles with trailers
• Clean Enhanced DBS check required
• Full, valid driving licence
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Grass cutting
• Hedge cutting
• Hand weeding
• Shrub pruning
• General landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks as required
• Safe operation of vehicles and trailers
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring work is completed to a high standard

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm (40 hours per week). Additional hours may be available, as some of the work runs extend beyond 2:30pm.

What We’re Looking For

• The successful candidates will have previous grounds maintenance experience
• Be confident towing and manoeuvring trailers
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic with attention to detail
• A clean Enhanced DBS check is essential for this role
