Youth-Focused Substance Misuse Support Specialist

NHS is looking for a dedicated Drug and Alcohol Worker to join the St Helens South Primary Care Network team. This role is part of the Neighbourhood Project Pilot, focusing on engaging with individuals affected by drug and alcohol issues, especially young people with ketamine dependency.

The successful applicant will provide early intervention, develop recovery plans, and collaborate with various community and healthcare services to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities.
