£89 – £93 per day

This is not your average classroom role.

We are working with an alternative provision in Havant looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils who have been excluded or struggle in mainstream education.

Your role:

• Supporting students with behavioural needs
• De-escalating challenging situations
• Acting as a positive role model
• Supporting engagement in education

Ideal background:

• Youth work / residential care / coaching
• Strong behaviour management

Non-negotiables:

• DBS on Update Service
• Up-to-date safeguarding
