SEND School Support Worker – 1:1 & Small Groups (Autism)

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a School Support Worker for a specialist alternative provision near Thornbury and Berkeley. This position starts in September 2026 and may lead to a permanent role. Candidates should have experience in providing support for children with special educational needs, particularly those who are autistic, have ADHD, or display challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities include whole-class support, working independently and in teams, and attending to full-time hours. Applicants must have an enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one and access to a vehicle due to the rural location.
