Key Responsibilities
- Source blue and white-collar construction professionals using multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen and register new candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain candidate talent pools.
- Engage with candidates through WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn and social media.
- Liaise with clients regarding vacancies and candidate availability.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Passionate about helping people find employment.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and online.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience within construction or engineering recruitment.
- Knowledge of Right to Work requirements.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems or CRM software.
- Understanding of construction trades and job roles (desirable but not essential).
