Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

This role is field‑based with regular UK travel and is coordinated by the Fixtures & Development Manager. Key duties include:

• Act as the first point of contact for fixture development projects and support their progression.
• Manage development projects from initial brief to manufacture, ensuring smooth delivery and accurate documentation.
• Lead communication with wider teams on fixture requirements and maintain engagement with procurement, commercial, and rollout teams.
• Coordinate meetings, collate notes, and track next‑step ownership for projects.
• Build proactive relationships across departments within Superdrug and Savers and support the genesis of tender packs.
• Track procurement documentation, raise purchase orders, and maintain the budget tracker.
• Assist with contract drafting and legal coordination during tender stages.
• Monitor supplier trackers, KPI documentation, and drawing packs.
• Own fixture fit‑out specifications, including risk assessments, weight testing documentation, fitting instructions, and drawing packs.
• Ensure all relevant documents are uploaded to central databases for audit purposes and oversee the approval process.
