Lead Joinery Supervisor – PM Shift, Timber Panels

Vistry Group is looking for a Joinery Foreman / Supervisor at our flagship factory in Coalville, Leicestershire. In this hands‑on leadership role, you will supervise a team of semi-skilled operatives to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of prefabricated floor panels for new build homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in joinery or timber frame manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. A competitive salary, annual bonus, and benefits including up to 39 days of leave are offered.
