Planning Enforcement Officer – Countywide Investigations

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is looking for a motivated Planning Enforcement Officer based in Aberaeron. This permanent, full-time role focuses on monitoring and regulating planning control within the county.

The successful candidate will be involved in investigations and will be responsible for upholding planning regulations, providing public support, and maintaining high service quality. A degree in Town and Country Planning or a related discipline is required, along with fluency in Welsh.
