Construction Design Coordinator – Value Engineering

Headley Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator for a construction main contractor based in York. The successful candidate will manage the design process for projects valued between £1 million and £10 million across various sectors, including education and healthcare.

Key responsibilities include managing the design team, chairing meetings, producing information schedules, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. A construction-related HNC or equivalent is ideal, along with strong knowledge of Planning, Building Regulations, CDM Regulations, and use of Microsoft Office.
