This Graduate Learning Support Assistant role is perfect for someone considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support. You’ll gain hands‑on classroom experience, working closely with students who may need extra help with their learning and emotional development.

Responsibilities

• Support students across a range of subjects and abilities, including those with SEN
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and academic progress
• Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide consistent and high‑quality support
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
