Position: Machine Operator
Location: Featherstone, WF7
Shift pattern: Full‑time / permanent, working 12 hour 20 minute shifts rotating on both day, night and weekend shifts.
Purpose of the Role: Are you a hands‑on problem solver with a passion for precision? Join our team as a Machine Operator and play a crucial role in our manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and maintain industrial machinery.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform minor maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
