- Experienced in the fast‑paced world of high‑volume restaurants.
- Hands‑on experience of hospitality management.
- Contributed to achieving P&L and KPI goals.
- Understand the nitty‑gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
- Confident communicator, continually refining leadership skills.
- Awesome at organising and multitasking.
- Ready to share your last five years of life’s journey, whether that’s work, education, or personal experiences, and you are okay with a criminal record check.
