Warehouse Operative Nights

Night Shift Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer – Avonmouth (temp‑to‑perm full‑time). Sunday‑Thursday, 21:00‑05:00. £13.93 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Scan and sort parcels.
• Operate pump truck to move pallets when required.
• Prepare orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Working Environment

Chilled warehouse: 2°C to 8°C; Ambient warehouse: 15°C to 25°C. Suitable warm clothing recommended. Safety footwear required.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Physically fit and able to stand and work for the majority of the shift.
• Comfortable with manual handling duties.
• Able to work accurately in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Essential Requirements
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points).
• Pass a criminal record check.
• Desirable
• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience.
• Basic computer skills; training on warehouse systems may be provided.
