Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business and act as Duty Manager when necessary.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service using effective communication skills.
• Serve as a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create guest moments that wow and encourage repeat visits.
