A legal organisation in the centre of Bristol are currently seeking a Full Time, Permanent Facilities Assistant to support their Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities
- Admin duties
- Health & Safety support
- Facility-related duties
- Maintenance of the building
- Purchasing of materials
- Dealing with onsite contractors
- Booking maintenance with suppliers
- Conducting site inspections
- Admin support
- Gathering financial information to send to the relevant financial teams
- Assisting the Facilities Manager with any ad hoc needs as they arise
Qualifications
- Basic H&S knowledge
- Understanding of basic property related matters such as computer room air conditioning, chillers, fire protection systems, etc.
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer
