Job Overview

A legal organisation in the centre of Bristol are currently seeking a Full Time, Permanent Facilities Assistant to support their Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Admin duties
  • Health & Safety support
  • Facility-related duties
  • Maintenance of the building
  • Purchasing of materials
  • Dealing with onsite contractors
  • Booking maintenance with suppliers
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Admin support
  • Gathering financial information to send to the relevant financial teams
  • Assisting the Facilities Manager with any ad hoc needs as they arise

Qualifications

  • Basic H&S knowledge
  • Understanding of basic property related matters such as computer room air conditioning, chillers, fire protection systems, etc.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using a computer
