Salary

Starting rate is £13.14 per hour during training, increasing to £15.76 per hour after completion of training (PCV Licence must have been held for more than 1 year).

Annual earnings of £30,322 based on 37 hours per week (typical annualised earnings with overtime £36,386).

Location

Stagecoach Slatyford Depot, Slatyford Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE5 2SE.

Shift Patterns

Early / Middle / Late shifts, any 5 days out of 7.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Stagecoach fleet safely and smoothly.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey and receives top‑notch customer service.
• Create a welcoming environment, respecting all customers, especially those who rely on us.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Holder of a valid PCV licence with right to work in the UK.
• Patient, safe, and courteous driving style.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
