Our client has openings for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who has previous experience working in a Call/Contact Centre. You will be dealing with incoming calls and should understand the need to be empathetic when dealing with delicate situations and confidential information.

As part of this dynamic, vibrant and busy contact centre, the Customer Service Advisor role is vital in bringing to life the commitment to put customers at the heart of everything they do. You will be a passionate people person who thrives on providing the very best customer experience, have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and have the ambition to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.
