About the Role

Care247solutions are looking for an experienced Support Worker and Health Care Assistant to provide person‑centered care to clients with learning difficulties in Surrey, Godalming, Aldershot and the surrounding area. You would play a pivotal role in delivering excellent support and care for clients.

Responsibilities

• Toileting the service user
• Washing and showering
• Changing bedding
• Using equipment for manual handling
• Re‑positioning the service user
• Feeding
• Facilitating daily activities
• Helping clients lead a more fulfilled life
• Providing any additional assistance the service user may require

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Good standard of English and strong communication skills
• Prior care experience
• Requirement to work with us as a support worker or a care assistant
