Youth Support Worker for 17-Year-Old (Fri/Sat) Driver

Active Care Group Recruitment is seeking dedicated Support Workers in Caernarfon to assist a 17-year-old female client with complex health needs. This role involves working day shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, providing 1:1 support in her home and the community.

Successful candidates will receive full specialist training and have the chance to make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life. The position offers flexibility on a zero-hours contract with an hourly pay of up to £13.50.
