Qualifications

• Highly skilled Learning Support Assistant with an excellent understanding of primary education and child development.
• Proven experience in a primary setting, either in a current support role or relevant educational environment.
• Dedicated to creating inclusive, high-quality learning experiences that help all children thrive.
• Resourceful – can adapt learning materials creatively to support diverse needs and bring the curriculum to life.
• Appreciates the value of a broad, rich curriculum and actively supports its delivery across all subjects.
• Reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development and learning.
• Energy and enthusiasm to support and champion a specific curriculum area across the school alongside teaching staff.
• Great sense of humor and teamwork skills.

Salary

FTE £26,824.00 – £28,142.00
