What we are looking for in our Support Worker
- Passionate about making a difference.
- Experience within Mental Health.
- Experience working within a Supported living service.
- Driving licence is preferable.
- Level 2 NVQ desirable.
Role Responsibilities
SIS is looking for experienced individuals who will support people with complex mental health needs in a supported living setting. The role involves providing person-centred support and assisting with daily living activities to enhance quality of life.

About the Service
The service supports up to 17 people with complex mental health needs in a converted mill office. The facility includes 17 self-contained flats and ample communal spaces for activities and social integration. Oversight by directors with over 35 years of NHS mental health and business experience.
