Healthcare Support Worker (Bank)

Location: Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Employment Type: Ad hoc – Part Time

Salary: £13.52 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Put patient care first.
• Carry out administrative duties.
• Support a team of Registered Nurses and consultants in the delivery of exceptional patient care, pre- and post-surgery.
• Engage with patients to understand and meet their individual needs.
• Use organisational skills to make a positive impact and experience.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent; relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting; good telephone manner and computer/database skills.
