About the Role

As a Part‑Time Shift Supervisor at the Three Magpies Hotel, you will give a warm welcome to every guest and lead a team that keeps them coming back for more.

What I’ll be Doing

• Be part of the day‑to‑day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests, and confidently leading your team.
• Serve as a shift leader.
• Act as a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
