Job Description:

Job Summary

Join CMT’s depot team supporting the Sizewell C project, one of the UK’s largest infrastructure developments. Gain hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, quotations, order processing and depot operations while working alongside experienced colleagues and building a long‑term career within CMT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare customer quotations
  • Support sales activity and customer enquiries
  • Serve customers collecting orders from the depot
  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Resolve customer queries and issues
  • Support depot administration and record keeping
  • Build relationships with customers and site personnel
  • Learn about products, stock management and depot operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (preferred)

Working Hours
